The Hoshizaki HC1A-FS Steelheart Series heated cabinet represents professional-grade craftsmanship, featuring full stainless steel construction inside and out. This Japanese-engineered mobile cabinet combines durability with sophisticated temperature management for commercial kitchens. The unit showcases LED lighting and a keyed door lock for security and visibility.
Equipped with a solid-state digital controller, this cabinet maintains precise temperatures between 140°F and 180°F. The 115V system draws 10 amps and includes a NEMA 5-15P plug with a generous 10-foot power cord. The unit operates efficiently within ambient temperatures of 45°F to 100°F, consuming only 143.4 watts.
The cabinet measures 27.5" wide x 33.5" deep x 79.5" high, with a door opening clearance of 59.25" when opened to 90 degrees. Three epoxy-coated wire shelves (21.25" x 26") provide organized storage within the single-section interior. The self-closing right-hinged door features a heavy-duty gasket and stay-open functionality for convenient access.
