The Prepline undercounter heater proofer is a compact holding and proofing cabinet designed for commercial kitchens, bakeries, and restaurants that need reliable dough proofing and food holding in a space-saving footprint.

This unit holds up to 12 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans in a lip-load configuration, with an aluminum interior measuring 21" (W) x 29.3" (D) x 18.4" (H). The single clear door is right-hinged and field-reversible, allowing placement flexibility in tight kitchen layouts. Manual controls handle both temperature and humidity, with a temperature range reaching up to 185°F, suited for a range of proofing and holding tasks in busy food service environments.
