The Prepline reach-in heater proofer cabinet is a single-section, single-door holding and proofing unit built for commercial kitchens in restaurants, bakeries, and food service operations that require consistent warming and proofing conditions throughout a service shift.

The aluminum interior and exterior finish in silver supports easy cleaning in high-use environments. A clear glass door with right-side hinge gives kitchen staff a direct view of contents without opening the cabinet, while lip load slides accommodate up to 36 full-size 18 x 26 pans and support a 100 lb lip load capacity. The cabinet measures 23" (L) x 33.38" (D) x 67.5" (H) and weighs 176 lb, making it a manageable footprint for most commercial kitchen layouts.

Temperature is manually controlled and reaches up to 185°F, with humidity adjustable from 30 to 95% via a removable drawer control panel.
