Powered at 6,000 watts on a 220/240V, single-phase, 60Hz hardwired connection, this machine delivers a temperature range of 122°F to 572°F through heating elements arranged in a U-shape burner configuration, allowing heat to surround the meat spit evenly. The spit rotates at 2.5 RPM, driven by a manual ON/OFF switch control for straightforward operation.
