The Pegasus V3C-15G Gas Gyro Machine from the Mega Series is designed for restaurants preparing gyros, doner kebab, shawarma, and al pastor. This countertop gas gyro machine features 3 columns and 15 ceramic infrared burners with a total output of 66,534 BTU. It operates on natural gas and is field convertible to LP. The unit runs on 110 V, 60 Hz with a NEMA 5-15P plug and a dual-direction 120 V motor.
Constructed from heavy-gauge 304 type stainless steel with a silver finish, it supports commercial kitchen environments. The heating system is precise infrared heating, and the burner structure moves back and forth on a rail. It includes a large grease pan, adjustable stainless steel shields, adjustable spear, catch pan, skewer set, and LP conversion kit.
This unit measures 22.4" (W) x 28.5" (D) x 40.5" (H) and is designed for countertop installation. It has a 180 lb meat loading capacity. Inlet gas pressure requirements are NG - 4 in WC and LP - 10 in WC.
