The Cookline 4-Burner Vertical Gyro Kebab Shawarma Machine is a gas-powered rotating meat cooker suited to restaurants, food trucks, Mediterranean kitchens, and any commercial kitchen preparing gyro, shawarma, or kebab in volume.

The unit runs on four infrared radiant burners, each rated at 13,000 BTU, delivering a combined output of 52,000 BTU total. A wide temperature range of 122°F to 572°F gives operators the flexibility to cook a variety of proteins at the right heat level for the cut and thickness. The motorized spit rotates at 4 RPM, and the satay holder accommodates a diameter of no more than 16 inches, with a loading capacity of up to 120 lb of meat.

Built in stainless steel with a silver finish, the machine stands 40 inches tall and measures 21" (L) x 24" (D) x 40" (H), keeping its footprint manageable on a busy line or prep station. An oil inflow drain and a collector drawer for oil and leavings simplify cleanup between services. Controls are manual with a straightforward ON/OFF switch, and the 60-inch power cord terminates in a NEMA 5-15P plug at 120V/60Hz. A gas conversion kit is included, allowing the unit to operate on either Natural Gas or Liquid Propane through a 1/2-inch gas inlet.
