The Cookline 3-Burner Vertical Gyro Machine is a gas-powered kebab and shawarma cooker built for commercial kitchens in restaurants, food trucks, and Mediterranean or Middle Eastern food service operations. It operates on natural gas or liquid propane and features three infrared radiant burners, each rated at 13,000 BTU, for a combined output of 39,000 BTU.

The machine measures 21" (L) x 24" (D) x 31" (H) and weighs 66 lb, making it a compact yet capable unit for counter or table-top use in tight kitchen spaces. The spit accommodates up to 55 lb of meat with a 24" spit length and a maximum meat diameter of 16", giving chefs the flexibility to load full cones for high-volume service.

Temperature is adjustable from 122°F to 572°F via three manual control knobs, each with an on/off switch, giving line cooks direct, straightforward control over heat zones.
