Vulcan SMOKER-VACB47 Wood-Assist Achiever Smoker Base, 2 Grease Trays, Stainless Steel

The Vulcan smoker base is a field-installed accessory designed for Vulcan VACB gas charbroilers in commercial kitchen settings. It adds wood-fired smoke capability to an existing charbroiler without replacing the main unit, making it a practical addition for restaurants looking to expand menu options.

Built from heavy duty stainless steel with welded construction, the base measures 46.87 inches wide, 31 inches deep, and 20.15 inches high. It is designed to sit on top of an equipment stand or refrigerated base without affecting base performance, and the wood sits below the burners so it does not contact open flame.

The unit includes two wood trays and a stainless wood platform that accommodates wood chips, blocks, or logs. A stainless crumb and grease tray helps contain residue during use. The smoker base requires 0 inch side clearance and 3 inch back clearance for noncombustible locations, and it is intended for commercial installation only.

The silver stainless steel finish supports daily cleaning in a commercial kitchen. This unit is CSA and NSF Certified and is sold as 1 each. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
