Vulcan 960RX-30 60" Gas Griddle, Thermostatic Controls, 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

The Vulcan 900RX Series 60-inch heavy duty gas griddle is a countertop unit built for commercial kitchens that need a wide, thermostatically controlled cooking surface. With a 60-inch by 30-inch polished steel plate and five 27,000 BTU U-shaped aluminized steel burners, it suits restaurant lines, diners, and high-volume food service operations.

The thermostatic control holds temperatures from 200°F to 550°F, and the pilot safety valve supports consistent operation across the 135,000 BTU total output. The 1-inch polished steel plate provides a durable cooking surface, while the stainless steel and aluminized steel construction with a cool bullnose front ledge, fully welded grease chute, and bottom heat shields supports daily food handling.

The unit measures 60 inches wide, 37.5 inches deep, and 15.25 inches high, and it stands on four 4-inch adjustable legs without casters. A 6-quart stainless steel grease tray, 4-inch stainless steel back splash and tapered side splashes, and an included gas pressure regulator support routine cleanup and installation. The 3/4-inch NPT natural gas connection and manual and electric ignition are part of the standard configuration.

This griddle is CSA Design Certified and NSF Listed. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
