The Vulcan 900RX Series 60-inch heavy duty gas griddle is a countertop unit built for commercial kitchens that need a wide, thermostatically controlled cooking surface. With a 60 in by 30 in polished steel plate and five 27,000 BTU U-shaped aluminized steel burners, it supports high-volume grilling, searing, and breakfast service in restaurants, hotels, and institutional foodservice operations.

The thermostatic control holds plate temperatures from 200°F to 550°F, and the pilot safety valve manages gas flow to each burner section. Total output is 135,000 BTU on liquid propane, with a 3/4" NPT gas connection and a gas pressure regulator included. Manual and electric ignition options are built in, and the unit stands on four 4-inch adjustable legs without casters.

The stainless steel and aluminized steel body has a cool bullnose front ledge, a fully welded grease chute, and bottom heat shields. A 6-quart stainless steel grease tray sits below the chute, and 4-inch stainless steel back and tapered side splash guards contain grease and debris. The 1-inch polished steel plate measures 60 in wide by 30 in deep, and the overall unit measures 60 in wide by 37.5 in deep by 15.25 in high.

This griddle is CSA Design Certified and NSF Listed for commercial food handling. It is made in the United States and sold as one unit per order. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
