The Vulcan 900RX Series 48-inch heavy duty gas griddle is a countertop unit built for commercial kitchens that need consistent, high-volume cooking. Its 48-inch by 30-inch polished steel griddle plate provides a large cooking surface, and the four U-shaped aluminized steel burners deliver a total of 108,000 BTU for even heat across the plate.

A thermostatic control system maintains temperatures from 200°F to 550°F, giving chefs precise command over searing, grilling, and holding. The pilot safety valve adds a layer of operational safety, while manual and electric ignition options offer flexibility at startup. The unit operates on natural gas with a 3/4-inch NPT connection and includes a gas pressure regulator.

The stainless steel and aluminized steel construction includes a cool bullnose front ledge, a fully welded grease chute, and bottom heat shields. A 6-quart stainless steel grease tray manages runoff, and 4-inch stainless steel back and tapered side splashes help contain grease and debris. The griddle stands on 4-inch adjustable legs and does not include casters.

This griddle is CSA Design Certified and NSF Listed for commercial use. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
