Vulcan 936RX 36" Gas Griddle, Thermostatic Controls, 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

The Vulcan 900RX Series 36-inch heavy duty gas griddle is a countertop unit built for commercial kitchens that need consistent, high-volume griddle cooking. With a 36-inch by 24-inch polished steel cooking surface and three 27,000 BTU U-shaped aluminized steel burners, it delivers a total of 81,000 BTU across a wide plate that suits restaurant lines, diners, and hotel kitchens.

Thermostatic controls let the operator set temperatures from 200°F to 550°F, and the pilot safety valve adds a layer of operational safety. The unit runs on natural gas with a 3/4-inch NPT connection and includes a gas pressure regulator. Manual and electric ignition options are built in, and the 1-inch polished steel plate supports steady heat transfer for foods such as eggs, burgers, and pancakes.

The stainless steel and aluminized steel body has a cool bullnose front ledge, a fully welded grease chute, and bottom heat shields. A 6-quart stainless steel grease tray sits within reach, and 4-inch stainless steel back and tapered side splash guards help contain grease. The griddle stands on four adjustable 4-inch legs and ships without casters.

Measuring 36 inches wide, 31.5 inches deep, and 15.25 inches high, the griddle fits a countertop footprint in a commercial kitchen. It is CSA Design Certified and NSF Listed, and it includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer. The unit ships at 400 pounds and is sold one per each.
