Vulcan 936RX-30 36" Gas Griddle, Thermostatic Controls, 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

The Vulcan 900RX Series 36-inch heavy duty gas griddle is a countertop unit built for commercial kitchens that need consistent high-volume cooking. With a 36-inch by 30-inch polished steel griddle plate and three U-shaped aluminized steel burners, it delivers 81,000 BTU total for restaurant lines, diners, and foodservice operations.

Each 12-inch burner section is controlled by a thermostatic valve, letting the cook set plate temperatures from 200°F to 550°F for tasks from holding to searing. The 1-inch thick polished steel plate supports steady heat recovery, and the pilot safety valve and manual or electric ignition support safe startup. A 3/4-inch NPT natural gas connection and included gas pressure regulator simplify installation.

The stainless steel and aluminized steel body has a cool bullnose front ledge, a fully welded grease chute, and bottom heat shields. A 6-quart stainless steel grease tray collects runoff, while 4-inch stainless steel back and tapered side splashes contain grease. The unit stands on four adjustable 4-inch legs and ships without casters.

This griddle is CSA Design Certified and NSF Listed for commercial food handling. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer. The unit is made in the United States and sold as 1 each.
