Vulcan 936RX-30 36" Gas Griddle, Thermostatic Controls, 1" Steel Plate, Liquid Propane

The Vulcan 900RX Series 36-inch heavy duty gas griddle is a countertop unit built for commercial kitchens that need a wide, thermostatically controlled cooking surface. With a 36-inch by 30-inch polished steel plate and three 27,000 BTU U-shaped aluminized steel burners, it delivers a total of 81,000 BTU for high-volume griddle work in restaurants, diners, and hotel kitchens.

The thermostatic control holds plate temperatures from 200°F to 550°F, and the pilot safety valve supports consistent operation. The unit runs on liquid propane and connects through a 3/4-inch NPT gas fitting; a gas pressure regulator is included. Manual and electric ignition options are built in, and the griddle stands on four adjustable 4-inch legs without casters.

The 1-inch polished steel plate is framed by a cool bullnose front ledge, a fully welded grease chute, and a 6-quart stainless steel grease tray. Four-inch stainless steel back and tapered side splash guards contain grease and debris. The body combines stainless steel and aluminized steel, with bottom heat shields under the plate. The griddle measures 36 inches wide, 37.5 inches deep, and 15.25 inches high.

This griddle is CSA Design Certified and NSF Listed for commercial foodservice use. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
