Vulcan 924RX-30 24" Gas Griddle, Thermostatic Controls, 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

The Vulcan 900RX Series 24-inch heavy duty gas griddle is a countertop unit built for restaurant and commercial kitchen use. Its 24 x 30 inch polished steel plate and two 27,000 BTU U-shaped aluminized steel burners deliver a total of 54,000 BTU for high-volume cooking.

A thermostatic control with pilot safety valve holds temperatures from 200°F to 550°F, while manual and electric ignition options add flexibility. The 1-inch polished steel plate and 4-inch stainless steel back and tapered side splashes support consistent results across the cooking surface.

The stainless and aluminized steel body includes a cool bullnose front ledge, fully welded grease chute, and bottom heat shields. A 6-quart stainless steel grease tray manages runoff, and the unit stands on 4-inch adjustable legs without casters. It connects to natural gas via a 3/4-inch NPT fitting and ships with a gas pressure regulator.

Certified by CSA Design and NSF Listed, this griddle is made in the United States. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
