Vulcan 924RX-30 24" Gas Griddle, Thermostatic Controls, 1" Steel Plate, Liquid Propane

The Vulcan 900RX Series 24 inch heavy duty gas griddle is a countertop unit built for commercial kitchens that need a compact, high-output cooking surface. With a 24 inch by 30 inch polished steel plate and two 27,000 BTU U-shaped aluminized steel burners, it delivers a total of 54,000 BTU for searing, grilling, and batch cooking on the line.

Thermostatic controls hold plate temperatures from 200°F to 550°F, and the pilot safety valve adds a layer of operational safety. The 1 inch thick polished steel plate supports consistent heat transfer, while the cool bullnose front ledge and fully welded grease chute help direct runoff into the included 6 quart stainless steel grease tray. A gas pressure regulator is included, and the unit connects to liquid propane via a 3/4 inch NPT fitting.

The stainless steel and aluminized steel body has a silver finish, 4 inch adjustable legs, and no casters, so it sits securely on a countertop. A 4 inch stainless steel back splash and tapered side splashes contain grease and debris. The griddle measures 24 inches wide, 37.5 inches deep, and 15.25 inches high, and it is CSA Design Certified and NSF Listed. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.

Manual and electric ignition options give operators flexibility at startup, and the 12 inch burner sections support zone-based cooking across the plate. This unit is made in the United States and ships as one each.
