Vulcan 936RX 36" Gas Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Liquid Propane

The Vulcan 36" Heavy Duty Gas Griddle from the 900RX Series is a countertop griddle built for commercial kitchens that need consistent output across a wide cooking surface. With a 36 inch by 24 inch polished steel plate and three 27,000 BTU U-shaped aluminized steel burners, it delivers a total of 81,000 BTU for restaurant lines, diners, and high-volume food service operations.

Thermostatic controls hold plate temperatures from 200°F to 550°F, and the pilot safety valve supports safe startup. Manual and electric ignition are both available, and the unit ships with a gas pressure regulator for liquid propane connection at 3/4 inch NPT. The 1 inch thick plate and 4 inch stainless steel back and tapered side splashes support everyday food handling on the line.

A cool bullnose front ledge, fully welded grease chute, and bottom heat shields are built into the stainless steel and aluminized steel body. The 6 quart stainless steel grease tray slides out for emptying, and the four adjustable 4 inch legs keep the unit level on the counter. The griddle measures 36 inches wide, 31.5 inches deep, and 15.25 inches high, with a shipping weight of 400 pounds.

This heavy duty gas griddle is CSA Design Certified and NSF Listed. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
