Vulcan VCRG24-T 24" Gas Griddle, Thermostatic Controls, 1" Steel Plate, Convertible NG/LP

The Vulcan 24" Countertop Gas Griddle from the Core Series is a restaurant gas griddle built for commercial kitchens that need a compact, thermostatically controlled cooking surface. Its 24 in x 24 in polished steel griddle plate and two 25,000 BTU U-shaped aluminized steel burners deliver 50,000 BTU total, making it a fit for breakfast service, short-order lines, and food handling stations where space is limited.

Thermostatic control holds the plate across a 200°F to 450°F range, and the pilot safety valve supports consistent ignition. The stainless steel and aluminized steel body includes a fully welded grease trough and embedded snap action, while the 4.5 quart grease tray collects run-off. A 3.25 in stainless steel back splash and tapered side splashes contain grease and debris during cooking.

The unit ships for natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit and convertible gas pressure regulator for liquid propane operation. A 3/4" NPT gas connection and countertop installation suit standard commercial kitchen gas lines. Four 4 in adjustable legs level the griddle on uneven counters, and the 24 in width, 30.5 in depth, and 16 in height keep the footprint compact.

The griddle is CSA Design Certified and NSF Listed for commercial food service. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer. Shipping dimensions are 29 in wide, 36 in deep, and 20 in high at 244 pounds.
