The Standard Range countertop gas griddle is a compact, single-burner unit designed for commercial kitchens, food trucks, and restaurant stations where counter space is limited but consistent griddling output is required.

Powered by a single U-shaped burner rated at 30,000 BTU, this natural gas griddle delivers even heat distribution across an 11.6" wide by 20.7" deep stainless steel cooking surface. The 3/4-inch thick stainless steel griddle plate retains heat effectively, supporting consistent cooking across service periods. Manual controls keep operation straightforward for kitchen staff.

Built for countertop installation, the unit measures 12" (L) x 30" (D) x 15.5" (H) and weighs 98 pounds. Four adjustable stainless steel legs allow for leveling on varying counter surfaces. Double wall insulated sides and a cool-to-the-touch front stainless steel edge reduce surface heat exposure around the unit. Back and side splash guards and a 3-1/4" grease tray with drip tray help maintain a cleaner cooking area. A 3/4" gas connection and an included LP conversion kit allow the unit to run on either natural gas or liquid propane.
