The Serv-Ware STGS-48 Gas Griddle is suitable for restaurants, diners, and commercial kitchen cooking stations. It features stainless steel construction with a silver finish and a flat top griddle. The countertop unit measures 29.96" (L) x 47.99" (W) x 16.02" (H) and includes 4 adjustable heavy-duty stainless steel legs.This gas griddle operates on natural gas and features 4 H-shape cast iron burners, each rated at 30,000 BTU, for a total output of 120,000 BTU. It uses thermostatic controls with a temperature range of 200°F to 500°F. The unit includes standby pilot protection and a 3/4" gas connection.The griddle features a 3/4" thick steel griddle plate with a 48 in cooking surface width and 22.4 in cooking surface depth. It includes a removable stainless steel drip tray and fully welded stainless steel side splashes. The unit operates with an inlet gas pressure of NG: 4 in W.C. / LPG: 10 in W.C.The Serv-Ware gas griddle includes an LP conversion kit and regulator. It is cETLus Listed and ETL Sanitation Listed.
