The Dukers DCGM36 gas griddle is constructed from stainless steel in a silver finish, offering durability, easy cleaning, and reliability in demanding kitchen environments. Its 3/4-inch thick polished steel plate distributes heat evenly across the surface, ensuring consistent results for high-volume cooking operations. 

Powered by 3 heavy-duty cast iron burners, each rated at 30,000 BTU/hr, this unit provides a total of 90,000 BTU/hr. Manual stainless steel control knobs allow for straightforward heat regulation, while the top-mounted griddle configuration supports efficient cooking workflows for a wide range of menu items.

The DCGM36 features a generous cooking surface measuring 35.86 (W) x 20.5 (D) inches, giving operators the space needed for multi-item preparation. The overall unit dimensions are 36 (W) x 30 (D) x 15.25 (H) inches, making it suitable for commercial setups that require both performance and space efficiency. It operates on natural gas or liquid propane with inlet pressures of NG: 4" WC and LPG: 10" WC, and connects via a 3/4-inch gas connection.

Nozzle sizes are NG: #37 and LPG: #51, with adjustable stainless steel legs for stability.
