The Dukers 36 inch Gas Griddle is a countertop thermostatic griddle built for commercial kitchens that need consistent surface heat across a wide cooking area. Restaurant owners, chefs, and food truck operators use this 3-burner unit for eggs, pancakes, burgers, and other griddle items during service.

The cooking surface measures 35 7/8 inches wide by 20 1/2 inches deep and uses a 1 inch thick polished steel plate. Three burners at 26,000 BTU each deliver 78,000 BTU total, with each burner section spanning 12 inches. The thermostatic control type maintains set temperatures across the plate, and the smooth plate supports spatula work and even browning.

The unit runs on natural gas or liquid propane, with an LP conversion kit included. A standby pilot handles ignition, and the nozzle sizes are 41# for NG and 35# for LP. Inlet gas pressure is 4 inches WC for natural gas and 10 inches WC for LPG. The stainless steel body and interior resist daily wear, and a full length seamless drip pan collects grease for removal.
