Its 3/4-inch thick polished steel plate provides durability and promotes even heat distribution across the cooking surface for consistent results.

Equipped with 2 heavy-duty cast iron burners, each delivering 30,000 BTU/hr, this unit produces a total of 60,000 BTU/hr. Heat is controlled manually using stainless steel knobs for straightforward and precise adjustments, while the top-mounted griddle design supports efficient preparation of multiple food items at once.

The DCGM24 offers a cooking surface measuring 23.86 (W) x 20.5 (D) inches, providing ample space for versatile cooking.
