The Dukers 24" Gas Griddle is a two-burner thermostatic griddle built for commercial kitchens that need consistent surface heat in a compact footprint. It suits restaurant lines, cafes, and food trucks where griddle space is limited but output still matters.

The unit runs on natural gas or liquid propane and delivers 52,000 BTU total across two burners, with 26,000 BTU per burner and a 12" burner section size. A standby pilot ignition and thermostatic controls manage heat across the 23 7/8" wide by 20 1/2" deep smooth polished steel plate, which is 1" thick. The stainless steel body and interior resist daily wear, and the silver finish keeps the surface easy to wipe down.

A full length seamless drip pan collects grease during service, and the included LP conversion kit allows a switch between fuel types. The griddle connects through a 3/4" NPT gas inlet, with nozzle sizes of 41# for natural gas and 53# for LP, and inlet gas pressure ratings of 4" WC for NG and 10" WC for LPG. Adjustable stainless steel legs support the unit on uneven floors.

The griddle measures 24" wide, 28 1/2" deep, and 15 1/4" high, and weighs 184 pounds. It is CSA Sanitation Listed and cCSAus Listed. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
