The Cookline 24-inch countertop gas griddle is a natural gas cooking station suited for restaurants, diners, food trucks, and commercial kitchens that need reliable flat-top cooking in a compact footprint.

The griddle delivers 60,000 total BTU across two U-shaped steel burners, each rated at 30,000 BTU, with pilot ignition and manual brass control valves for straightforward heat adjustment during service. The 3/4-inch gas connection size accommodates standard commercial supply lines, and a gas regulator is included in the box.

The polished stainless steel griddle plate measures 24 inches wide by 19 inches deep with a 5/8-inch thickness, providing even heat retention across the cooking surface. Grease management is handled by a removable stainless steel drip tray and stainless steel grease tray. The unit body and plate material are stainless steel in a silver finish, and the heat-resistant fiberglass nylon knobs stand up to the demands of a busy kitchen line.
