The unit features seven burners, each rated at 18,000 BTU, delivering a combined output of 126,000 BTU across a mild steel griddle plate measuring 47 7/8 inches wide by 23 3/4 inches deep and 1 inch thick. Standing pilot ignition provides straightforward, manual startup, and individual manual controls allow cooks to manage heat zones independently across the cooking surface.

Built from stainless steel with a silver finish, the griddle measures 48 inches (L) x 33 1/4 inches (D) x 21 5/8 inches (H) and sits on four adjustable stainless steel legs for leveling on countertop installations. Practical features include an oil collector tray, a drip tray, a back splash guard, and side splash guards that help manage grease and keep the surrounding work area cleaner during service. The unit connects via a 3/4-inch gas fitting for Natural Gas and ships with an LP conversion kit for operations using liquid propane.
