The Cookline 48-inch countertop gas griddle is a natural gas cooking surface built for high-volume commercial kitchens, restaurants, diners, and food service operations that need consistent, wide-area grilling capacity on a countertop installation.

The griddle features four U-shaped steel burners, each rated at 30,000 BTU, for a combined output of 120,000 BTU. Each 12-inch burner section is controlled independently via manual brass control valves, allowing kitchen staff to manage heat zones across the 48-inch by 19-inch cooking surface with straightforward, hands-on precision. Pilot ignition lights each burner reliably during service.

The 3/4-inch thick polished stainless steel griddle plate distributes heat evenly across the cooking surface, reducing hot spots that affect food quality during a busy shift. The stainless steel grease tray and drip tray both sit beneath the cooking surface, making cleanup more manageable between services. The unit is constructed from stainless steel throughout and finished in silver.

The griddle measures 48 inches (L) x 25 inches (D) x 15 inches (H) and weighs 298 pounds, with a 3/4-inch gas connection for natural gas supply. A gas regulator is included with the unit.
