The Standard Range 48-inch countertop gas griddle is a heavy-duty cooking station designed for commercial kitchens, restaurants, diners, and food service operations that require high-volume flat-top cooking. Running on natural gas with a 3/4-inch gas connection, this four-burner griddle delivers a combined output of 120,000 BTU, making it a capable workhorse for breakfast service, burger lines, and full-menu prep.

The stainless steel griddle plate measures 47.6 inches wide by 20.7 inches deep at 1-inch thickness, providing a substantial cooking surface that holds heat evenly across the flat top. Each of the four U-shaped burners produces 30,000 BTU individually and is controlled manually, giving kitchen staff straightforward zone management during service. The unit measures 48 inches (L) x 30 inches (D) x 15.5 inches (H) and weighs 285 pounds, sized for countertop placement without requiring floor space.

Safety and handling features include double-wall insulated sides and a cool-to-the-touch front stainless steel edge, reducing the risk of contact burns during busy service.
