The Cookline 36-inch Countertop Gas Griddle and Broiler Combo is a natural gas unit built for high-volume commercial kitchens, restaurants, and food service operations that need reliable flat-top cooking power in a countertop footprint.

Five burners deliver 18,000 BTU each for a total output of 90,000 BTU, spread across a mild steel griddle plate measuring 35 7/8 inches wide by 23 3/4 inches deep and 1 inch thick. That plate thickness supports consistent heat retention across the full cooking surface during sustained service periods. Manual controls and a standing pilot ignition system give kitchen staff straightforward, direct operation without electronic components to service.

The unit is constructed from stainless steel in a silver finish and measures 36 inches (L) x 33 1/4 inches (D) x 21 5/8 inches (H), making it suitable for placement on an existing counter or prep surface. Four adjustable stainless steel legs help level the unit on uneven surfaces.
