The Cookline 36-inch countertop gas griddle is designed for commercial kitchens that need high-volume griddling capacity on a manageable footprint. Suited for restaurants, diners, food trucks, and catering operations, this natural gas griddle sits on a countertop and delivers consistent heat across a wide cooking surface.

The griddle features three U-shaped steel burners, each rated at 30,000 BTU, for a combined output of 90,000 BTU. Each burner section spans 12 inches, covering a polished stainless steel cooking surface that measures 36 inches wide by 19 inches deep. The 5/8-inch thick stainless steel griddle plate holds heat steadily across the entire surface, supporting even cooking for high-demand service periods. Pilot ignition and manual brass control valves give kitchen staff straightforward control over each zone independently.

Built from stainless steel throughout, the unit includes a stainless steel grease tray and a drip tray for easier cleanup during and after service. Fiberglass nylon knobs resist heat at the control panel, while the 3/4-inch gas connection accommodates a standard commercial gas line. A gas regulator is included. The four adjustable heavy-duty legs allow the unit to sit level on most countertop surfaces.
