Each of the two U-shaped burners delivers 30,000 BTU, for a combined output of 60,000 BTU total. The cooking surface measures 23.6 inches wide by 20.7 inches deep and is constructed from 1-inch-thick stainless steel plate, which retains and distributes heat evenly across the cook surface. Manual controls give kitchen staff straightforward, direct adjustment of each burner independently.

The unit measures 24 inches (L) x 30 inches (D) x 15.5 inches (H) and sits on four adjustable stainless steel legs for stable placement on any prep counter. Double wall insulated sides limit exterior heat transfer, and a cool-to-the-touch front stainless steel edge adds a layer of safety during busy service. Back and side splash guards help contain grease and food debris, while a removable drip tray with a 3-1/4 inch grease tray size simplifies post-service cleanup.
