The Hamilton Beach HBB255 provides high-performance beverage prep while working in demanding commercial kitchens like cocktail lounges and smoothie bars. It is equipped with a powerful 1.6 HP motor that can be used for efficiently blending and handling smoothies, frozen drinks, and other types of beverages. It quickly breaks down ice and dense ingredients for consistently smooth results.
It is designed with durability and convenience in mind and features a 48 oz. clear Tritan™ copolyester jar, which is impact resistant, stackable, and easy to monitor during blending. The triple-sealed lid prevents leaks, and Sure Grip™ feet keep the unit secure during heavy use. It has sealed and water-resistant controls and a protective brow over the interface.
The unit is compact and robust, measures 7.4" (W) x 8.5" (D) x 16.2" (H), and weighs just 9.5 lbs. This makes it ideal for limited workspaces. Moreover, it operates at 780 watts, 120V, and 6.5 amps. Overall, it is efficient and very powerful for commercial applications.
It uses the Wave-Action® system that continuously pulls ingredients down into the blades and ensures uniform blending without creating chunks, while the manual high/low/pulse paddle controls make the operations easy.
