The KitchenCore Series Exhaust Hood is designed for commercial kitchens that need ventless overhead ventilation above cooking stations. It is constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel in silver, supporting durability in high-use kitchen environments. The freestanding unit includes 4 casters for flexible positioning within a commercial kitchen layout. Unit dimensions are 52.63" (W) x 34.19" (D) x 87.19" (H).

The hood operates as a standard ventless system and requires HVAC for installation. It accommodates cooking equipment up to 48 11/16" wide and 30" deep, with a required 12" clearance between the cooking surface and the hood. A ventless clearance of 18" from the top of the unit is also required during setup.

Air flow is rated at 1,500 CFM, supporting effective ventilation across covered cooking equipment in a restaurant or commercial kitchen. The interior features NSF-compliant LED lighting, providing visibility over the cooking area during food handling.

The unit operates on 208/240 V at 50 A on a 1-phase electrical connection. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
