FumeGuard Series 5' Wall Mounted Grease Hood System with Supply Plenum, Exhaust & Supply Fans, Stainless Steel - Heavy-Duty

The FumeGuard Series Heavy-Duty Wall Mounted Grease Hood System is designed for heavy-duty commercial kitchen applications requiring a grease hood with exhaust and supply air components. It measures 5 ft (L) x 4 ft (W) x 2 ft (H) and features 18 Gauge, 400 Series Stainless Steel construction in silver.

The system includes the hood, exhaust fan, supply fan, 16" Slotted Diffuser Supply Plenum, and built-in 3" rear standoff. It features a 14" x 10" exhaust collar, right grease cup, and standard left and right cheeks, with a galvanized supply housing for the supply-air assembly.

The exhaust fan is a 13.5" Direct Drive Aluminum Up-Blast unit with UL762, 1/2 HP, 115 V, 1 Phase motor, and variable speed controller. The specified airflow is 1300 CFM for exhaust and 1040 CFM for supply. The supply fan is a KC-F1009-1/2-1 Rooftop Supply Fan with belt drive and bottom discharge, rated at 1/2 HP / 115 V / 1 Phase / 60 Hz, with supply airflow of 800 to 1,500 CFM @ 0.50 ESP.

The hood system includes stainless steel filters and mesh filters for the supply fan. Lighting consists of 2 incandescent light fixtures with glass globes, while the 16" Slotted Diffuser Supply Plenum provides the specified supply-air configuration. The system is wall mounted, classified as a Grease Hood System, and is UL Listed to ANSI/UL710. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
