The Fast Kitchen Hoods 18.8 ft Commercial Kitchen Hood System is a wall mount kitchen hood system designed for restaurants, chefs, and food preparation areas requiring controlled ventilation and air handling in a commercial kitchen. It features overall dimensions of 113" (L) x 48" (W) x 24" (H), providing coverage for cooking equipment under a wall-mounted configuration.This system is constructed from 18-gauge 304 stainless steel with #4 finish, which defines the material structure and surface type used in commercial kitchen ventilation systems. It includes stainless steel baffle filters combined with a metal mesh intake filter, which are part of the filtration system used in grease and air handling applications.This kitchen hood system integrates demand control ventilation (DCV), which is part of the control system managing airflow and ventilation response. It delivers an airflow of 5500 CFM for exhaust and 5000 CFM for supply, defining the air movement capacity for cooking environments. The system operates at -1.0" wc exhaust pressure and 0.5" wc supply pressure, which reflects airflow pressure balance.This complete kitchen ventilation system includes exhaust fan, make-up air unit, fire suppression system (ANSUL pre-piped), LED lights, grease buckets, spacer, and hanging brackets, which are components provided with the system. It is NFPA96 compliant and cULus & NSF certified, aligning with commercial kitchen ventilation standards.
