The system is manufactured in Canada and constructed from 430 stainless steel, defining material structure for ventilation applications.This unit includes stainless steel baffle filters with a metal mesh intake filter, which are part of the air filtration system. It delivers 4290 CFM exhaust airflow and 4090 CFM supply airflow, supporting air movement in kitchen environments. Air discharge is configured as upblast for exhaust and down discharge for make-up air, defining airflow direction.The system includes exhaust, air supply, heating, and ventilation control functions, supported by a butterfly modulating valve. It operates on 208V power with a standard control panel, supporting control and electrical setup. The unit also includes LED lighting, providing visibility under the hood during operation.This kitchen hood system includes exhaust fan, make-up air unit, fire suppression system (ANSUL pre-piped), LED lights, grease buckets, spacer, and hanging brackets, defining included components.
