At the heart of this grinder is a set of 64 mm flat steel burrs spinning at 1,600 RPM, delivering a fine, even grind suited to espresso extraction. Micrometric grind adjustment allows the operator to dial in grind size with fine increments, and the single and double dose settings with electronic dose adjustment give staff repeatable results without manual measuring. A digital display with shot counter makes it straightforward to monitor usage and maintain dose consistency across a busy service.
