The Mazzer Major V is a commercial espresso grinder designed for high-volume coffee service in restaurants, cafes, and espresso bars. Built on the Major V series, this doser-type grinder is finished in matt black with an aluminum die casting body, reflecting the craftsmanship of its Venetian origin.

At the core of this grinder are 83mm flat steel burrs spinning at 1600 RPM, delivering consistent grind particle distribution for espresso extraction. The micrometric grind adjustment allows baristas to dial in the grind with fine, stepless precision to suit changing roasts or environmental conditions. The doser with dosing lever meters ground coffee directly into the portafilter, supporting a fast, repeatable workflow on a busy espresso bar.

The Memory Track System retains the micrometric grind setting even after the burrs are removed for cleaning, reducing recalibration time between service periods. The 3.5 lb hopper holds enough whole beans to support extended service without frequent refilling. Included with the unit are an aluminum tamper and aluminum tray, both matched to the grinder's material and finish.
