At its core, the Kony SG uses a 63 mm conical steel burr set spinning at 500 RPM to deliver consistent grind quality on demand. The single hopper holds up to 2.9 lb of coffee, keeping the workflow moving during busy service periods. Micrometric grind adjustment gives baristas fine-grained control over particle size without interrupting operation.

The grinder is operated through a 2.4-inch color TFT touchscreen with a wide viewing angle and support for 19 languages, complemented by a smart knob for intuitive navigation.
