The Mazzer Kold S is a commercial on-demand espresso grinder designed for restaurants, cafes, and coffee bars that require precise, consistent grinding throughout service. Made in Venice, it combines Italian craftsmanship with electronic controls suited to high-volume commercial kitchen environments.

At the core of the Kold S is a 71 mm steel conical burr set spinning at 500 RPM via a belt-driven transmission, a configuration that reduces direct motor heat transfer to the grounds. Two integrated cooling fans further manage operating temperature, helping maintain grind consistency during extended use. The GFC (Grind Flow Control) System supports an even distribution of coffee grounds into the portafilter.

The grinder measures 9.5" (W) x 19" (D) x 27.75" (H) and weighs 66 lbs, giving it a stable footprint on a counter or prep station. The 3.3 lb hopper holds enough whole beans to sustain a busy service shift, and the adjustable portafilter holder accommodates a range of basket sizes.
