The Vulcan Expando Series 24" Electric Range with Hot Top is a commercial kitchen range built for restaurants that need a compact, powerful cooking station. With a 24 inch width and a 34 inch depth, it fits into tight lines while still providing a thermostatically controlled hot top and a full-size standard oven below.

The top configuration includes two 12" x 24" thermostatically controlled hot top sections, giving chefs precise heat control from 200°F to 500°F. The range accepts 18" x 26" sheet pans, so food handling between the oven and the hot top stays efficient. The single standard oven measures 20 inches wide, 26 1/2 inches deep, and 14 inches high, providing reliable baking and roasting space.

This electric range operates on 480 volts, 60 hertz, and 3 phase power, and it is convertible to 1 phase for flexible installation. It draws 18.1 amperes and delivers 15 kilowatts of cooking power. The unit stands on four stainless steel adjustable legs, each 6 inches tall, and the body is finished in silver stainless steel. A MIG welded aluminized steel frame adds structural strength for daily commercial kitchen use.

The Vulcan Expando Series range is proudly made in America and is cCSAus Listed and NSF Certified. It ships at 325 pounds as a single unit. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
