Vulcan EV36S-3HT208 EV Series 36" Electric Range, 3 Hot Tops, 208V 1/3-Phase

The Vulcan EV Series 36" Electric Range with Hot Top is a commercial kitchen range built for restaurants that need a dependable cooking platform for high-volume service. Its 36 inch width and 3 hot top configuration give chefs a compact footprint with multiple cooking zones, making it suitable for restaurant lines where space is limited but output matters.

The top section features three 12" x 24" thermostatically controlled hot top sections that hold temperatures from 200°F to 500°F, so sauces, stocks, and seared items stay within a consistent range. Below, a standard oversized oven accepts 18" x 26" sheet pans and offers an interior measuring 26 1/2 in wide, 26 3/8 in deep, and 14 in high for roasting and baking during service.

This electric range runs on 208 volts at 60 hertz and draws 96.2 amps in 1 phase or 41.6 amps in 3 phase, with 3 phase convertible to 1 phase for installation flexibility. The 20 kilowatt heating system supports the full temperature range, and the unit ships at 440 pounds. A fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame and stainless steel construction with four 6 inch adjustable legs provide a stable base for daily commercial kitchen use.

The Vulcan EV Series range is cCSAus Listed and NSF Certified, and it is proudly made in America. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
