The Vulcan EV Series 36" Electric Range with Griddle is a commercial kitchen appliance built for restaurants, cafes, and foodservice operations that need a combined griddle and oven station. It pairs a smooth griddle top with a standard oversized oven in a single freestanding unit, which suits chef-driven lines where space is limited and menu items range from breakfast items to baked dishes.

The top configuration is a smooth griddle with a 7/8" thick griddle plate, which supports consistent heat across the cooking surface. The unit accommodates 18" x 26" sheet pans, and the oven includes one oven rack with three rack positions. The oven interior measures 26 1/2" in width, 26 3/8" in depth, and 14" in height, with a temperature range of 200°F to 500°F for both holding and cooking tasks.

This electric range operates on 208V at 60 Hz and draws 73.1 amps in 1 phase or 35 amps in 3 phase, with 3 phase convertible to 1 phase. The 15.2 kilowatt heating element supports the griddle and oven functions. The unit measures 36" wide, 34.75" deep, and 58" high, and it ships at 750 pounds.
