Vulcan EV36S-2FP24G208 EV Series 36" Electric Range, 2 French Hot Plates and 24" Griddle, 208V 1/3-Phase

The Vulcan EV Series 36" Electric Range is a commercial kitchen range built for restaurants that need a compact cooking station with multiple cooking surfaces. It combines two French hot plates and a smooth griddle on top of a single standard oversized oven, so a chef can work on several dishes at once without moving between units.

The top configuration includes two 9 1/2" round, 2 KW French plates with infinite heat control switches and an 18" x 26" griddle with a 7/8" thick plate. The oven holds full-size sheet pans and reaches temperatures from 200°F to 500°F. The unit measures 36" wide, 34" deep, and 58" high, with an oven interior of 26 1/2" wide, 26 3/8" deep, and 14" high.

This range runs on 208V electric power at 60 Hz and draws 76 amps in 1 phase or 35 amps in 3 phase, with 3 phase convertible to 1 phase. The 15.8 kW wattage supports the hot plates, griddle, and oven together. The body is stainless steel in silver, and the frame is fully MIG welded aluminized steel. Four stainless steel adjustable legs, 6" in size, keep the unit stable on uneven commercial kitchen floors. The shipping weight is 500 pounds.

The Vulcan EV Series Electric Range is cCSAus Listed and NSF Certified, and it is proudly made in America. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
