The Vulcan EV Series 36 inch electric range is a freestanding cooking unit for commercial kitchens that need both a griddle and French hot plates on one footprint. It is built for restaurant lines, cafes, and institutional kitchens where a single station handles griddle items and pan work at the same time.

The top configuration pairs two 9 1/2 inch round, 2 kW French plates with a smooth 7/8 inch thick griddle plate, and each plate uses a four position heat switch for direct control. The standard oversized oven below measures 26 1/2 inches wide by 26 3/8 inches deep by 14 inches high and holds 18 inch by 26 inch sheet pans. The oven and plates operate from 200°F to 500°F, and the unit runs on 480 volts, 60 hertz, electric power at 15.8 kilowatts. It draws 32.9 amps in 1 phase or 15.2 amps in 3 phase, and the 3 phase connection is convertible to 1 phase.

The body is stainless steel in silver, and the frame is fully MIG welded aluminized steel. Four stainless steel adjustable legs, 6 inches each, support the 36 inch wide by 34 inch deep by 58 inch high unit, which ships at 500 pounds as 1 each. The range is cCSAus Listed and NSF Certified, and it is proudly made in America. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
