The Vulcan EV Series 36 inch electric range is a commercial kitchen workhorse for restaurants that need dependable cooking power in a compact footprint. It combines two French hot plates and a smooth griddle on top with a standard oversized oven below, making it suitable for short-order cooking, saute work, and baking in one unit.

The top configuration includes two 9 1/2 inch round, 2 KW French plates with infinite heat control switches and an 18 inch by 26 inch griddle with a 7/8 inch thick plate. The oven offers a temperature range of 200°F to 500°F and an interior measuring 26 1/2 inches wide, 26 3/8 inches deep, and 14 inches high. The unit operates on 240 volts, 60 hertz, and 15.8 kilowatts, with a 3 phase connection that is convertible to 1 phase. It draws 65.8 amps at 1 phase or 30.3 amps at 3 phase.

The range is built with a fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame and stainless steel construction, including four stainless steel adjustable legs that are 6 inches tall. It is cCSAus Listed and NSF Certified. The product measures 36 inches wide, 34 inches deep, and 58 inches high, and ships at 500 pounds. It includes a 1-year warranty by the manufacturer.
