The Standard Range 36-inch commercial electric range is designed for restaurants, cafeterias, and commercial kitchens that need reliable, high-output cooking on a freestanding unit. It features 6 sealed round plate burners, each rated at 2 kW, arranged on a solid top configuration, and is paired with a standard oven below for versatile cooking across multiple stations.

Each burner measures 9 inches in diameter and is managed by infinite heat control knobs, giving chefs precise temperature adjustment throughout the cooking process. The oven is thermostatic, with a temperature range of 150°F to 550°F, and its interior measures 25.8 inches wide by 22.4 inches deep by 13.8 inches tall, with porcelain-coated side guides and bottom for straightforward cleanup. Two oven racks and a lift-off shelf provide flexible interior arrangement.

The unit is built from stainless steel in a silver finish with a welded frame, and its front-serviceable design allows technicians to access components from the front without moving the range. Four casters with brakes make repositioning possible while keeping the unit stationary during service. A back riser is included, and an indicator light signals when the unit is powered on.

Operating at 208V, 3-phase, 60 Hz with a hardwire plug type, this range draws 55 amperes and delivers a total of 17 kW.
