Vulcan HEG72E 72" Electric Griddle, Thermostatic Controls, 3/4" Steel Plate, 240V 3-Phase

The Vulcan 72" Electric Griddle is a countertop commercial kitchen appliance built for restaurants, diners, and food service operations that need a wide, thermostatically controlled cooking surface. Its 72 inch by 24 inch steel plate provides a broad area for cooking eggs, pancakes, burgers, and other griddle items during peak service.

Six heating zones and six thermostatic controls let a chef manage different foods at the same time across the plate. The temperature range runs from 200°F to 450°F, and the 0.75 inch steel plate holds heat for consistent results. Two solid sheathed tubular Incoloy heating elements power the unit, which draws 39 amps at 240 volts, 3 phase, 50/60 Hz, and 32.4 kilowatts. Two separate electrical connections and services are required for installation.

The stainless steel body and silver finish suit a commercial kitchen environment, while a 4 inch stainless steel back splash and tapered side splashes help contain grease and debris. Adjustable 4 inch legs allow the griddle to sit level on a countertop. The unit measures 72 inches wide, 31.5 inches deep, and 15.3 inches high, and it ships at 610 pounds. It is CSA Listed, CAS US Listed, and NSF Listed.

This griddle is manufactured in the United States. It includes a one Year Limited Parts and Labor Warranty by the manufacturer.
