Vulcan HEG72E 72" Electric Griddle, Thermostatic Controls, 3/4" Steel Plate, 240V 1-Phase

The Vulcan 72" Electric Griddle is a countertop commercial kitchen appliance built for restaurants, diners, and food service operations that need a wide, thermostatically controlled cooking surface. Its 72 inch cooking surface width and 24 inch cooking surface depth give chefs a large working area for pancakes, eggs, burgers, and other griddle items during peak service.

This electric griddle uses six heating zones and six controls, allowing different sections of the steel plate to run at different temperatures at the same time. The thermostatic control system holds temperatures from 200°F to 450°F, and the 0.75 inch thick steel plate supports consistent heat across the surface. Two solid sheathed tubular Incoloy heating elements power the unit.

The stainless steel body and silver finish fit standard commercial kitchen lines, while the stainless steel 4 inch back splash and tapered side splashes help contain grease and food debris. Adjustable 4 inch legs let staff level the unit on uneven floors. The griddle requires two separate electrical connections and services, operating at 240 volts, 67.5 amps, 1 phase, 50/60 hertz, and 32.4 kilowatts. It has a 3 gallon capacity and ships at 610 pounds.

This unit is CSA Listed, CAS US Listed, and NSF Listed, and it is made in the United States. It includes a one Year Limited Parts and Labor Warranty by the manufacturer.
