The Vulcan 72" Electric Griddle is a countertop commercial griddle built for restaurant and commercial kitchen use. With a 72 inch wide by 24 inch deep cooking surface, it provides a large, flat area for high-volume griddle cooking, from breakfast items to lunch and dinner service.

The griddle uses two solid sheathed tubular Incoloy heating elements and six thermostatic controls across six independent heating zones. The temperature range runs from 200°F to 450°F, so operators can hold different foods at different temperatures across the plate at the same time. The 0.75 inch steel plate supports steady heat transfer and even cooking across the surface.

The unit is rated for 208 volts, 3 phase, 50/60 Hz, and draws 45 amps at 32.4 kilowatts. It requires two separate electrical connections and services. The stainless steel body and silver finish suit a commercial kitchen environment, and the 4 inch stainless steel back splash and tapered side splashes help contain grease and debris during service. Adjustable 4 inch legs allow the griddle to sit level on uneven floors.
